Presentation Instructions
Each Long Paper is assigned to an oral session and is also required to be presented in the poster session held on the same day. Each Short Paper is assigned to a poster session only. There is one poster session each day.
Oral Presentation Instructions
Each oral presentation is allocated 10 minutes in total: 8 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for Q&A.
Presenters must introduce themselves to the session chair prior to the start of their session and test the connection between their laptop and the projector. Please make sure that your presentation does not exceed the allocated time. Speakers who exceed the time limit may be asked to stop their presentations.
Speakers will use their own laptops. The projectors will be set up for 16:10 format (1920 x 1200 native) and will have HDMI connectors. Presenters using laptops that require an adapter, including some Mac laptops, should bring their own HDMI conversion adapter.
Presenters of Long Papers are also required to present their work in the poster session held on the same day as their oral presentation.
Poster Presentation Instructions
Each Long Paper and Short Paper presented in a poster session should be prepared as an A0-size poster (841 x 1189 mm) in portrait orientation. No specific poster template is required.
The location of each poster will be specified by the presentation ID (PS*-*). Presenters must place their posters on the designated poster boards before the start of the poster session and must be present at their posters during the session.
After the poster session, presenters are responsible for removing their posters from the boards. Do not leave your poster on the board after the session.
